Project Details

This job consisted of a main building, liquor store and gas bar. The main store consisted of an inner skin which was fastened vertically to the iron structure and sealed at the joints. Then heavy gauge vertical sub-gurts were fastened through the skin into the iron structure and stick clips installed to hold insulation on which was installed before applying the outer skin. After installing the outer skin which was Cambridge white 24 gauge 636, a corness flashing was installed around the top of the building. There was also bold form soffit and facia in the main entrance.

The liquor store was the same profile outer skin (636) applied to sub gurts fastened to the steel stud structure.

The gas bar was simply 636 fastened to plywood, with horizontal flashings.
